Dadpicpapersoaps

The magic of science has brought us special paper that can print your photograph, picture, design, or message, to personalize any soap! These do involve a 2 step curing process, and the clear soap layer on top of the picture can not be scented (but the layer behind the photo can be). The pictures look great in the soap, then dissolve with water if the soap is used and you eventually get to that layer. Due to the double curing process, these soaps take at least 1 week to make.

Succulent Soaps

These adorable soaps have around 5 shimmery green succulents on top of a brown shimmery round soap. Each succulent is hand made separately, then pieced together with the main soap. 3 currently available in a refreshing Rain Cybilia scent, will take at least 3 days to make them for custom orders.

Teacher Gifts

These cards with lip balm can be bought with or without the sparkly apple soaps, in various designs. They can also be adjusted to make messages for moms, dads, or whomever you want to say, “You’re the Balm!” to, along with a beeswax lip balm. 2 apple tote bags are also available.

Massage Soaps

Regular soaps in any color and fragrance, with massage bumps, for soothing muscles in the shower.

Lip Balms & Roses

Shimmer Lip Balm

This lip balm comes in a regular tube or tiny lip pots (they hold about the same as a tube, 0.15oz, but you can use your finger to dip into the shimmery goodness). These have a little bit of strawberry flavor oil to make the application yummy. Stardust pearl mica gives the balm its shimmer, but it still goes on clear to your lips, so you can use it with or without any lip color you choose.  The other ingredients: beeswax, avocado oil, candelilla (vegan) wax, coconut oil, and T-50 (vegan) vitamin E.

Rose Lotion Massage Bars

rosebars (3)These lotion bars are made with fair trade, unrefined Shea butter (vegan), that give it a nutty smell, along with its skin smoothing properties, and rose essential oil for a lovely fragrance. Beeswax, jojoba oil, T-50 (natural & vegan) vitamin E, and tapioca starch round out this recipe, to make a smooth lotion bar that gives you a lot of moisture. Some of  the bars have dried rose petals in the bottom. These bars come in 2 shapes: (1) a massage bar you can use directly on the skin to massage your partner – the butters and oils melt into the skin and glide along, while the shape helps loosen knots in the muscles, or (2) a rose shape for using as a regular lotion bar – keep it in your bag, bedside or bathroom and use whenever!

Rose Bud Soaps

New 3 D rose bud shape for glycerin soaps. Many fragrances and colors available.  I love washing my hands with this soap every morning! Also makes lovely guest soaps and gift bouquets that don’t wilt! See the cover photo of this blog post for a photo of these soaps in red.

 

Cocoa Butter Beeswax Balm

A plain lip balm and soothing skin bar, similar to Burt’s Bees basic lip balm and hand salve. Comes in tube form for the lips and cute containers (about 2oz each) for the salve. The fair trade cocoa butter gives it a cocoa scent, while beeswax and honey contribute to a mild sweetness. Natural, vegan T-50 vitamin E provides nourishment. Sweet almond oil, along with the butter and wax, moisturizes and smoothes skin.

Mother’s Day Gift Baskets

Mother’s Day is coming up in May, so consider treating her to a large basket of Ciggy’s Soaps. The ones below are available as is, or I can customize them, adding different soaps, homemade lotion bars, home made lip balms, chocolates (not made by me, but add a sweet treat), and hand written cards in calligraphy with stamp embossing, for your own personal message.

Lavender Lotion Bars

Soothing lavender lotion bars.

These are solid lotion bars in little tins, perfect for your bag!

1 ounce bars in flower shapes, as below, or 2 ounce bars in a smooth oval or a massage bar (with little nubs on the bottom).

Rub these moisturizing, soothing, lovely smelling bars between your hands or directly on the area of skin, and massage the oils in.

Ingredients: Macadamia nut butter (vegan), Kokum butter (vegan), Beeswax (my 1 non vegan ingredient since it comes from bees, sorry!, BUT no bees are harmed in the collection of this wax from the comb!!), tapioca starch, jojoba oil, vitamin E (vegan), lavender essential oil, and organic dried French lavender buds.

No preservatives, so each bar lasts 1 year from creation (latest batch made 10/5/18). Keep away from direct heat or it will melt.

Oatmeal & Shea Butter Soaps, Popsicles, Garden shapes, and surprises!

Flower and bug (butterflies, ladybugs, firefly) soaps now available in a variety of new shapes and colors. The oatmeal and shea butter soap is extra soothing and moisturizing for sensitive skin. These soaps are also available in adorable gift baskets. $6 each.

IMG_20180326_150428_265Surprise! This soap uses a soft rubber spider (this one is missing 2 legs, but the other spiders have 8 legs), as if it got caught. Really fun for kids. $7 each, discount for multiples.

PSX_20180326_214802Berry vanilla scented popsicle soaps are another “surprise” for kids to have in their soap dish at home.  These are extra moisturizing, with oatmeal and shea butter, but the oatmeal can be removed for a smoother appearance (they naturally make those light freckles in the soap), if one prefers. Bigger than an average bar of soap. $7 each.

More shapes, sizes and colors now available! Small but beautiful shimmering gem soaps (larger crystals also available). Mini Lego-like toy brick and figurine shapes in many colors, or just get one large robot figure for the soap dish. $1 per gem or mini soap (Jewish Stars, aka Magen David, also available), or get 6 of them for $5! Larger figurine soap $5.

Tulle and bag wrapping options

My latest loaf soap (industry speak for a giant loaf of soap cut into regular soap bars) is a rose oil shimmery blue glycerin soap with pearl glycerin soap “bubbles” embedded throughout. $5 per bar.

Finally, more surprise soaps. Bunny erasers are fun, and kids collect them now. Not for kids 3 and under (due to small size of erasers). All of these soaps smell great and sparkle in the soap dish. Just $5 each.
